What We Do
SUNGREAT produces aluminum and zinc die castings for export customers, together with the tooling, machining and surface finishing those parts need. Our work sits inside other companies’ products — a bracket inside a car door, a heat sink inside a street light, a housing inside a base station.
That position shapes how we operate. Our parts are rarely the most visible component, but they are usually the one that stops a production line when they arrive late or out of tolerance.
How We Are Organized
Four functions, one production plan.
Tooling
In-house mould design and build, so changes during trial runs do not depend on an outside tool shop’s queue.
Casting
High-pressure die casting across a range of machine tonnages, with process parameters recorded per shot.
Machining
CNC secondary operations for tapped holes, machined faces and features that casting alone cannot hold.
Finishing
Surface treatment coordinated under our roof or with long-term partners we audit, so the finish spec is not a surprise.
